1. Register Your Company with Your First Job

Create your employer account, set up your company profile, and gain access to the Your First Job employer dashboard. Registration takes minutes and gives you visibility into the platform's student applicant pool. We will conduct on “confirmation” phone call to ensure legitimacy and protect your company’s process.

2. Select Your Candidate Criteria

Define the profile of your ideal applicant: for example, college major, GPA, skills, location, graduation year, and Killarney Score range. Our system queries the student database and returns a ranked list of matching candidates.

3. Receive Standardized Applicant Information

Matched candidates are delivered as standardized applicant profiles — consistent resume format with Killarney Score included. Students will have the opportunity to decline submissions (e.g. if they already have an interview scheduled with your company). Review your shortlist in-dashboard, send results to your email, or download the file for your team to further review. You can schedule interviews with your selected candidates.
